George Gershwin 

George Gershwin was born in September of 1989 and died in July of 1937.  He was taken from this world way too early (he was only 37 years old).   His vast body of music has lived and been reinvented over and over and over again in many different styles. It lies in between the gray zone of classical and jazz.

I perhaps relate to this music better than most because I also feel like I am smack in the middle between classical and jazz.  I enjoy very much singing  George Gershwin in an intimate setting.
